Maintenance friendliness

The HYDROWATT’s modular design concept ensures fast and simple maintenance. For example, removing only four bolts allows access to the cylinder head.

Once the cylinder head is removed the AXIFLEX pistons are accessible and can easily be changed out within few minutes using a simple extraction tool. The inlet and outlet valves are located within the cylinder head and can be replaced in few minutes as well.

Regular maintenance can generally by carried out without any additional hoisting or lifting devices.

For example, on a 5 piston pump, the entire set of wear parts can be exchanged within one hour.
